Today there are more events than ever before competing for attendance: business and pleasure, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, graduations—the gamut of celebratory occasions. Your guests expect more from events than ever before. Your wedding or event manager will ensure your event achieves, or surpasses, expectations and is an event to remember!
The role of a wedding or event planner is to act as facilitator, mediator, negotiator, money manager, artist and visionary for you and your event. At Where to Start Wedding & Event Management we want to help you find just the right way to celebrate. Our services are designed to help you get the most from our expertise.
We package our services so you will know upfront exactly how much you will pay. Packages are priced as flat fees. The fee is determined by the individual client's needs. Information is collected during one complimentary meeting. After this meeting a written proposal is submitted. All other services are provided as hourly fees of $95 per hour for the event planner and $35 per hour for event or wedding coordinator staff.

Event Management Services*
- Consultations (in person, phone, email, or fax)

- On-site management of wedding rehearsals by a trained wedding coordinator
- On-site management of event set up & break down by an experienced event design specialist
- On-site management of the event by an event manager
- Staff Event or Wedding Coordinators
- Establish event production schedules
